The master baker, confectioner and confectioner Roland Häusler lives out his passion here: für´s Baking and working on new organic varieties every day: Farmer’s breads with dark crust, graham plaits, olive pancakes. In addition to around 30 types of bread and all kinds of delicacies such as crumble cake and Basler Schnägg with dried fruits, there are also delicious vegetarian dishes.
