You can not eat better fish in the whole of Istanbul, than at Sultanahmet! Only the best catches are served here for lunch and dinner, fresh from the Bosporus. The Turbot, a flat fish with especially fine, firm flesh, turned out to be a delicious choice. In summer it is particularly nice to sit in their garden or out on the street beneath the looming fishing nets.
