The Aromaticus has dedicated itself to healthy food. Here you can get a juice, a couscous salad, a wrap or a veggie burger. The focus is on vegetarian food and the sale of herbs and books that deal with healthy cooking. You can sit on one of the benches in front of the restaurant and have lunch at wooden tables. It is a welcome change after all the pasta and pizza to eat something light and healthy. Let’s run the concept of a couple, which puts all their passion into the shop. We are still lacking clarity in the offer here and an international healthy breakfast is missing. We try to please everyone and not to confront the somewhat stubborn Romans with a cuisine they don’t know. Which again irritates the international guests.
But all in all, you can get your kombucha, a good salad and a juice, even if not with slow juicer technique, and the team is very nice.
