This small manufacturer in the Bredgade area of Copenhagen is a gem from another era. For over 80 years it has offered fruits dipped in dark chocolate and handmade fine chocolates of numerous shapes and flavours. The fragrance is utterly beguiling when one steps into the modest basement store. The ginger chocolates, especially, are a perennial hit – you might find it hard to stop at one!
