The Alfredo is the place to go for a good lunch if you visit the ceramics shops in Grottaglie. On the terrace it definitely eats and sits more beautifully than in the somewhat dark but still impressive high vaults of the large rooms. The kitchen is really good, even if a bit more laboratory-style, but the owner masters this very well and dares to try newer combinations and calls himself Laboratorio Gastronomico. Nevertheless he works with local products and is also a member of the Slow Food Community.
