To put it in a nutshell – the Albatross Bakery is the purveyor to the Berlin gastronomy. After all, the Kreuzberger Bakery supplies the best foodie destinations in the city, whether Goldhahn & Sampson, the 19grams Café or the Selig, everyone knows that Albatross are the real experts when it comes to pastries and bread. Actually the idea of the bakery was to supply only the gastronomes, but the demand for the heavenly sourdough rolls, the buttery croissants and airy brioches was simply too big. What luck!
