Burrata with orange, roasted coriander seeds, raw honey, dried lavender, oil, watercress & basil.

2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp raw honey
3/4 tsp dried lavendel
1/2 or less small garlic clove, crushed
1 tbsp coriander seeds, toast them
1 orange
2 burrito balls
basil
sea salt
In a saucepan combine the oil, honey, lavender, garlic and a bit of salt. bring to a simmer on a medium-low heat and remove at once. set aside till it is cool and add the coriander seeds to it. stir well.
Cut the orange by taking off the skin and slice it.
Put the orange slices on the plate. Place a Burrata ball alongside. Sprinkle with a spoon the coriander seeds and the „vinaigrette“ over the Burrata and the orange slices. Top with a basil stem and some watercress leafs.
